thanks for your reply. No, strangly, this is not happening for all the renewals.
We have found 3 of theses bugs in about 12 transactions.
Also, Paypal do not send the payment twice (just for the first time or first invoice).
For you information, an other invoice was created on January 9 and paid on January 22. The second invoice (renewal status) was created on payment (see capture attached).
I cannot give you access to the WP for the moment.
But maybe I can give you access to the website WP development URL (Paypal is not configured in this version and transactions not here). It’s good for you ?
I attach you a capture of an item setting.
Other question, if the admin of the site create the invoice from the admin panel, and the user pay it on front-end, that can cause this type of bug ?
