Database Issues after transfer to Siteground

    Hi,

    I just figured out I am having database issues after transferring https://getdirections.asia from Bluehost to Siteground. The whole site works fine, except that now we strt to notice some issues. For one, all our users lost their Subscriber role, so I’m changing those manually. Another issue that just popped up today was an error when I tried to open an invoice for a new listing.

    When I go to Users and click on the invoice(s) link related to the user, i get the follwing error:
    You need a higher level of permission.
    Sorry, you are not allowed to edit posts in this post type.

    Is there anything we can do to fix this. It seems everything works fine regarding listings and events and anything new that is being added. I just can’t seem to access the invoices at the moment.

    Perhaps something has happened to the administrator role, also?
    Normal users are prohibited from seeing the invoices of other users.

    If we need to check the settings please write back with credential info in a private reply.

    Hi Tony,

    The administrator role was missing a ‘manage_invoicing’ capability. I’ve changed that and everything should work normally now.
