Canceled payments do not reflect in Invoice for customer

    When the payment is canceled at Paypal by the customer it is not reflected in the invoice for the customer in Invoices.

    Hi Larry,

    Do you have a staging site where we can test that with your papypal sandbox account?

    Please provide WP Admin and site URL and we will take a look.

    Hello,

    we will need some more information to look into this.

    Please share the URL for the invoice that had the issue.

    Is this a recurring or non-recurring item?
    Was the payment cancelled, or the subscription?
    If it was a payment that was cancelled, was it the main payment or a renewal?
