    Hi Jordi,

WPI can be setup to work how you like.
Can you provide wp-admin details in a private reply and i’ll set it up.
Can you also clarify two points.
    1. What VAT rate should apply? 20%?
    2. Is VAT always applied? Or are there situations where it is not?

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

Not at the moment, we will be releasing some other WPI gateways this week and then concentrating on new ones after that.

    Hello,

PayPal Pro detects the card type from the card number so there is never any need to select it.
If you want to also show normal PayPal you can simple enable the standard paypal gateway also.

    Hi Holger,

If you already have a paypal pro account then this works like any other gateway, just enable it and insert the credentials, you can follow these instructions on how to get your credentials: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/apiCredentials/#create-an-api-signature

If i can help further just let me know.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

Some things are required for EU VAT, if you don’t need those then u can disable some things under WPI>Settings>Misc>Field Settings

OK, the problem is you are hiding the user details input at checkout.
It only shows with a new user as the current user u gave already has saved details so its already populated the form.

The solution is to stop hiding any parts of the WPI checkout form…

I tried on mobile safari on ipad mini and it worked.
Another dev is testing on iphone now and will let us know.

I just tried with safari and it seemed to get to paypal with no problems.

I also note several of your plugins including WPI need updates.

if their uk sales are under the vat thereshold (and they only registered for vat because of vat moss) then they don’t have to charge vat to uk customers until they go over the threshold.
There is a setting to not charge vat to same country and other than that just follow this: https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/setting-up-eu-vat/

ok, then VAT MOSS does apply. Is she VAT registered and if so is she only vat registered because of this site?

I am in the UK and our company is only VAT registered because of digital goods so even though we are vat registered we don’t have to charge our UK customers vat until our UK sales go over the vat threshold.

    Hi,

When creating the course materials invoice items, mark them as “physical prodicts” so vat will be applied the correct way (you don’t seem to have added any yet).

For the users things, you can try using our UsersWP plugin or if using GD login/register then try the GD re-captcha plugin to prevent spam registrations.

OK, then it does not seem like you require VAT MOSS. (which is for digital products).

Can you provide wp-admin details and i’ll check your settings?
