    Hi Muhammad,

    I don’t see any configuration issues but we need to test it with sandbox mode. So, If possible then can you clone the site and let me know the FTP and admin details of that site so that we can troubleshoot the problem? Also, provide me the FTP details of the live site so that I can check the error log if there is any errors.

    Hi Rafaela,

    I have disabled Apply VAT to consumer sales from IP addresses within the EU, even if the billing address is outside the EU setting in Invoicing->Settings->Taxes->EU VAT Settings
    . Can you please check if it works fine or not?

    Hi,

    It seems that the theme or one of the plugin is conflicting with the Invoicing plugin. It is not loading the jquery.blockUI.min.js which is required and is causing an issue. I have enqueued it again in the functions.php file of the currently active theme. It should work fine now. Let me know if it works for you or not.
