Please find my below comments for your queries:
1) Yearly Subscription is the standard item and not a subscription. It seems, only name is Yearly Subscription but is Recurring Item? is not selected and set the recurring time period. Go to Invoicing->Items to check. The billing details will be displayed for recurring invoices and not for standard invoices.
2) It depends on the notification sent from the PayPal after paying an invoice which generally sent instantly but sometimes it gets delays. We update the invoice status based on the response we get from the PayPal.
3) That can be happened due to the delay in the notification from PayPal. I have checked in the log and found that the payment done notification sent before the subscription creation notification. Please try a few more invoice payments and if it happens again then let us know.
Let me know if you need more clarification on any.

It seems js error is causing this issue. When I selected Canada from a country dropdown, it loaded states but also given an error in console. The error was “Uncaught (in promise) Timeout (n)” from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js?render=6Lf7RYcUAAAAAGRhBGRleZVIdr7csVC-WdZ6rNfV&ver=3.0‘. I don’t see any recaptcha plugin there so might be coming from other plugin or custom functionality. If you have staging site then provide us the details to access admin and FTP so that we can troubleshoot the issue. This isn’t due to invoicing only. It is due to conflicts or JS errors.

PatrikHi,
I am using the same login details and it also displays admin bar in frontend but not able to go to admin as it displays “404 Error – Page Not Found” error while accessing any admin page.

The settings are correct. You have test mode active. So once you are finished with testing you need to supply the live API key in Invoicing settings and disable the test mode checkbox. Let me know if it works fine or not after finishing mollie gateway credit card method setup.

Can you check if you have created payment methods and activated under mollie.com / Settings / Website profiles / Profile / Payment methods? If not then please create a profile and activate the credit card method and let me know if it works for you or not.
