1 as far as I know that’s not possible. Only Stripe and PayPal PRO provide a similar feature.

the pending status is assigned only when a transaction is declined or abandoned. Not in the middle of a transaction.

this is done on purpose. If you change price, you should make sure to clean up your pending invoices 1st.
Anything else would require a customization.

that’s what happened when the payment is abandoned or failed.
The listings is saved as draft in case they want to come back, complete the payment and have their listings published.

Just FYI, that is if you are using GeoDirectory and the pricing manager. If you are using Invoicing stand alone I don’t think there is anyway to do that right now.

This reply has been marked as private.You don’t need to contact every client to pay. They should be able to pay on your website or the payment gateway website (depending on which you use.)
What Alex is saying, is that when you see a pending status, most of the time it means that the transaction was declined by the customer’s bank.
Another reason could be that the Gateway wasn’t setup correctly.
Did you try to test with a sandbox account before asking clients to pay through it? https://developer.authorize.net/hello_world/testing_guide/

Invoices are saved as regular CPT.
As far as I can see the only database table created is wp_wpinv_subscriptions.
If you tell us with more details what you would like to do, our developers will probably be able to point you in the right direction quicker.

I’m sorry about the confusion, but I got confused too by the screenshot of the docs.
That’s an old screenshot from when the pricing manager and the invoicing plugin were one thing.
Since they’ve been split into 2 plugin, the payments/invoices and coupons pages are under the Invoice menu.
see image attached.
We are going to correct the docs asap to avoid similar confusions in the future.
