Please triple check your API keys and make sure all the Invoicing pages are set. Also check that your plugins are all up to date.

Invoicing – Settings – General – General Settings – Page Settings
You can also check to make sure you have sandbox and test mode disabled.
Generally no that is not possible if the plugin is activated and used for checkout.

That is not possible at this time, to upgrade multiple listings at once, to pay for multiple listings at once, or to pay multiple invoices at once.
You can create a new invoice, take payment, and then manually mark ‘other’ invoices as paid, but this would only apply to invoices with some form of manual billing on them, and is not possible if the ‘other’ invoices have automated billing setup on them.
I will ask the team if there are any plans to change it and report back here if there is anything to share.
We need to do some debugging, please provide us FTP credentials as well.

That particular function is used to inform WP Invoicing of which tax rules to apply based on country.
All functions of our software are documented in the codex pages.
Anything is possible with customization but this particular function is not currently integrated into other plugins at this time.
