Website issues; and where are all the gateways?

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I just bought the full 1-year membership, and the only gateways that show up in my account under “Downloads” are SagePay, Stripe, and PayFast – no PayPal Pro or any of the others you list on your site that are supposed to be included with a full Membership.

    Also, the page that shows my Downloads keeps refreshing every 3 seconds, as does my Profile page. I’ve tried both Chrome and Safari, but they act the same. I cannot change the email address in my profile either (even though I hit “Save” and I get a “Success: Your profile has been edited successfully.” message; I suspect it has to do with the constant page refresh issue. I have no issues like this on my GeoDirectory account page.

    Any idea what’s going on? Thanks!

    Hello!

    Please clear your browser cache for the site and try again with Chrome.

    The downloads will show! I believe!

    Let us know if they don’t show!
