Cart empty Error on paying Invoice

    I have installed the invoicing plugin and put in what I believe to be the appropriate cache exceptions but am still getting a “Cart Empty” error for the checkout.

    I have looked through the existing documentation and questions and do not seem to be able to find the answer to it.

    Do you have any ideas?

    Can you turn off the caching in the WP Engine User Portal?
    If we need to look into any further, then please add your FTP details too.

    Hi,

    In the latest updates of our Invoicing plugin, we are using the WordPress transients for storing checkout data instead of the session. WPEngine has heavy object caching which can cause these issues. I would suggest you disable object cache for this type for some time and check if the checkout works properly or not. You can find the Object cache-related information on your admin side WPEngine->General Settings-> Object/Transient Cache.
