    Hello,

I’ve just noticed that my payment preset „Pre Bank Transfer“ is no longer recognised by the system. On the payment page it says: „No payment gateway active“, even if the backend settings are all checked.

    Can you please investigate?

    Regards,
    Martin

“Pre Bank Transfer” cannot be used with recurring packages.
    Thanks

Thank you Guust, that explains why this option „suddenly“ vanished. I recently switched the package to recurring.

This is what I would like to achieve:

    A. Offer a 1 year paid premium-package to all customers which they can pay for voluntarily. That means, they can either enter a discount code which sets the invoice to zero, or they can transfer the regular fee via Pre Bank Transfer (I do not want to offer any other payment method).

    B. Send an E-Mail to all premium-package customers every year a few days before the listing expires, which kindly reminds them that there will be a new invoice in their BuddyPress profile invoice tab, which should either be paid for renewal, or zeroed by reentering the discount code.

    How could I achieve that?

Could I just uncheck “make package recurring” to offer my clients a renewal of their paid premium listing every next year, along with an E-Mail being sent to them as a reminder? Again, I do not offer any other gateways but Pre-Bank Transfer.

Sorry if this is a beginner’s question. There are so many options and I wish you could make a tutorial some day which explains how different scenarios could be achieved using the GD Pricing Manager and WP Invoicing plugin.

    Regards,
    Martin

That is how it will work if you leave the listing to expire after a year [or downgrade to a free listing you have?] and make it non-recurring.
An email will be sent, and an invoice too.

    Thanks
