At the moment, only around 30% of my renewals have invoices issued on the WP Invoicing and the expiry date automatically updated. There seems no rhyme or reason as to the ones it selects to issue invoices for. The remainder it notifies me of the payment via PayPal but does not seem to register the payment or issue an invoice on the WP system meaning users are not receiving these either. This issue has been the same since the system changed over to WP Invoicing some while back.
In addition, prior to the changes, on the payment notification from PayPal it used to state the listing title under ‘For:’ (i.e “http://www.liverylist.co.uk/ – Renew Listing: Foxhill Livery Yard”) but on some created since the new system was brought in it shows only the package paid for under ‘For:’, not the listing title (i.e “6 Months Standard”).
I’m about to update the packages and would like it to show both the listing title and the package on the payment notifications- is this possible and if so where would this change be made?
