    please help, customer is stuck on checkout after clicking on “Proceed to pay.” Could you please advise?

    he is saying province field is not loading properly. please help.

    i asked him to try with different browser, but still it was not loading Province for him, so i cancelled that invoice and sent him another one.

    it was working fine for me, but the problem was on customer’s end. i’ll let you know if he faces this problem. i have sent him new invoice.
