Viewing an invoice always timesout

    Hello,

    If the user is on their invoice page, when trying to view an invoice the page never loads. It always ends up in a 504 Gateway timeout screen. Other pages are not having the same issue.

    Any ideas?

    Also, how does a user cancel a subscription? There only seems to be an option for deleting a listing…unless it is on the page I can’t see?!

    Hi Cryil,

    It seems something conflicts with other plugins there. Did you checked error log at server side?

    Please provide us FTP credentials we can take a look.
