Reset payment status?

    My paypal method was accidentally set to ‘sandbox’ so my client tried to make a payment and the system says ‘paid’ but, of course, sandbox means it was only a test payment. I didn’t mean to leave it in sandbox mode, so I need my client to make another payment. Do I have to redo the entire invoice? Or is there a way to reset the payment status?

    Hello,

    Yes, you will need the client to make another payment as the sandbox mode only allows test transactions.
